TENAYA AT YOSEMITE, Fish Camp

Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite has rooms in the Main Lodge. Options include Lodge Rooms, Cottage Rooms and Suites, and two-bedroom Explorer Cabins. Main Lodge rooms include perks like premium bedding, air conditioning, and free WiFi, along with desk chairs and flat-screen TVs with cable. Lodge Rooms offer views of the mountains. Suites have a modern style and mountain feel, with private bedrooms, separate living areas, and patios or balconies. Explorer Cabins feature two bedrooms, a living room, a covered porch, a wet bar, a compact fridge, and a coffee maker. Some cabins offer views of Big Creek, a mountain pond, or an alpine meadow. Certified lodge and cottage rooms include adaptive features for guests with hearing impairments. Premium Rooms measure 350 square feet and have king or queen beds, upgraded bathrooms with granite countertops, and overstuffed chairs. Spa Rooms measure 550 square feet, include a king bed, a sitting area, a coffee table, a sleeper sofa, a wet bar, an upgraded bathroom with a jetted tub and separate rain shower, and a balcony or patio. Oversize Deluxe Rooms offer 425-450 square feet, with king or queen beds, sitting areas, coffee tables, and sleeper sofas.

The Main Lodge serves as the hub for dining. Guests can enjoy meals at the on-site restaurant. The Sierra Restaurant has a stone fireplace and features local produce, meats, and seafood, serving an enormous breakfast spread of hot and cold dishes. Romantic Embers steakhouse is a spot for drinks. Guests can stop by Parkside Deli, which has a coffee bar and small shop, providing coffee drinks, bagels, muffins, and pre-made lunches. Jackalope's Bar and Grill provides a casual atmosphere. Kids' menus are available at most resort restaurants.

Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite offers activities. Guests can enjoy first-class spa treatments at Ascent Spa, including massages and manicures, unwind in the sauna, or relax in the steam room. There is an ice-skating rink and a sledging hill for children. Other activities include horseback rides, hiking, biking, skiing, and rock climbing. The resort has swimming pools, a children's pool, a games room, a gym, and a sauna. Guests can rent snowshoes. Tenaya has an 18-foot climbing wall. Tenaya at Yosemite is near Fish Camp and 100 km from Fresno Yosemite International. The park's southern visitor hub at Wawona, with its store, petrol station, post office, and information center, is a 15-minute drive north of the lodge. The lodge is just south of the park entrance, and a car is needed. Nearby landmarks include Big Tree Trail (4 km), Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias (4 km), Wawona Point (4 km), and Grizzly Giant (5 km).

Guests can arrange activities with help from the hotel's concierge staff. The hotel includes restaurants, bars, spa treatments, wireless internet access, a business center, meeting rooms, parking, a gift shop, and a 24-hour reception.
